After the return to Japan, worked in the area of L&D, developing training programs and working as a trainer/ assessor. Then worked for US manufacturing company, entertainment company and IT company as HR, and one of the major global accounting firms (Big 4) as HR consultant, in the area of HR management, HR planning and M&A consulting.
